JULY-AUG-SEP 2016

Summer in New England!   Spending July in Wells Maine visiting with kids and grandkids in MA.  Getting the most of our nomad lifestyle keeping active and seeing who we cherish most.   Gearing up for an upcoming procedure at MGH on July 14th. 

Well in my hospital room with mahogany doors and woodwork, private room overlooking the wharf and downtown Boston from the 22nd floor.  Even my doc wanted to know how i got the upgrade.  Better than our view from the Copley Plaza in downtown Boston.  Not fun recovering,  hurts like hell and I  didn't even get the number of the truck that hit me. Joanee getting some beach time in in Wells and I'm groaning at home by myself. 

Headed out of Maine on the 26th and headed toward New Hampshire.  Just came back from a trip up Mt. Washington.  Interesting place (pix to follow) 12% grade up and down the mountain.  First gear got its workout.  Back home resting.

Back to a place we haven't been to in 47 years;  Lake George just as I remembered it with tons to do.  Wish I could do it but still recovering.  Staying in a campground with thousands of kids feel like I'm in camp.  CeCe going in for grooming, hope it's good,  and we're going into August see you all next month.

Aug and September used for visits to the kids and my baby , Jayme, and total R&R in Maine and outside the Cape.  Had a great visit with Judy Zimmer and her other half Rich.  Great lunch and conversation and a promise to do it again next summer.   Heading out of New England for an appointment in Elkhart Indiana end of September.  Expect to go through Cleveland on the way maybe Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.   See you all in October from California and our other half of the family.
