The latter half of June spending sufficient time, quality time, wonderful time with our babies and their mommies. Jayme and Tracy and the kids make Joanee and I smile laugh and feel very important in their lives. Can't tell you how important that is as a grandparent to feel that way. Spending time in Maine approximately an hour and 20 minutes from their house this leg of the journey is turning out to be exactly as we planned it. Loving the interaction, the space and the area as well as the proximity to the loves of our lives. Just wishing the entire family could be together. Went to Jayme's house the other night and had a wonderful evening with her friends and a young singer 18 years old. She turns her backyard into a mini amphitheatre and the entertainment and company were wonderful. Last day of June and so far the last week has been the best part of our trip. Our West Coast grandbabies came in and watching the five of them together cannot be described unless you are a grandparent experiencing the same. The kids get along fabulously are all very close in age and they're good kids. We spent the first days atJayme's house where the kids had water balloon and water gun fights, soccer games, and a really good time. They are now coming to our RV and Brooke and Jordan have been staying over for a while and now Jayme's family is coming out for a few days. Jayme and Tracy are staying at a B&B the kids are going to alternate staying with us. Thanks all for following us and enjoying our trip with us as well as other pictures that Joanee and I are posting on Facebook. Enjoy some of our attached pictures and we will be posting starting July again. Love to all for reading and enjoying with us.

JUNE AND WE'VE ARRIVED

Arrived Arlington Massachusetts in time to see Gracie play softball.  Looking forward to spending quality time with kids and grandkids. Staying locally till 9th them up to Maine.   Definition of heaven when you call your daughters house and you bring a challah for French toast and the look on the faces of the little ones makes you smile for the remainder of the day.  Another day with the kids at a soccer match with Luke.  Bringing back great memories with our kids 30 yrs ago.

June 11th settled in Wells Maine at a nice shaded campsite full hookups with a barbecue and a fire pit and my puppy and my bride.   Had a great few days with the kids I'm really looking forward to the California clan, kids only, coming for a visit.   We are flying Jordan and Brooke in to spend time with their East Coast cousins for about 10 days.   Can't wait as a grandparent to see the five of them together that's what makes the heart beat faster.

So plans do come to fruition.  We drove down from Maine to see the 3 kids do their sports things.  Lukie at soccer,  Gracie at softball and Owen paying baseball all within6 hours.   I'm so impressed with the time management of the kids household.  A well oiled machine like precision getting each child to their respective destination and still getting things done within the house AMAZING. "We've done good".

So it's May 2015 and we are starting to see the end to our project with our RV. New sound system, new Blu ray, new recliners, and the cabinetry and popup big screen TV is almost done. Joanee went to visit Carol for the weekend and it looked like, from the pictures, that they had a good time. At the train station in Lakeland Florida now picking up my dear bride from her train trip. Looking forward to putting the finishing touches on the coach and heading up to Atlanta where I'm going to take a side trip to Dallas for a few days for personal family business. Tuesday the 12th off to Dallas, just Joel, to take care of some family business. That being done home on the 14th. Coach almost complete should be out of Wildwood Florida on Saturday the 16th. Heading north to North Carolina to see our cousins and get an update on some software for a piece of RV equipment. May 22nd everything and the coach has been completed new shocks nu TV nu radio new DVD etc etc same old but we are headed out of Florida and at 222 this afternoon we passed into Georgia. headed to just north of Savannah for the day going to stay overnight and head to our cousin Charlie and Cynthia in Wake Forest North Carolina. Spending a couple of days they are visiting and then moving on to probably Virginia Beach. the nice thing about the life of a nomad is we have plans for the next three days and no plans after that. Now that we're traveling again and headed north to visit our friends and family in wake forest NC. Woke up this morning after a nice leisurely evening of nothing parked near a Dunkin Donuts that we are going to have for breakfast possibly picking up some melon peaches etc from a fruit stand right outside of Dunkin Donuts and headed to Wake Forest Lakes recreation area right near Durham North Carolina. Spent a couple of days with our cuzzes Great time nice talks too short. Thank you Charlie and Cyn. I'm Virginia Beach with my old friends Vinny and Patty having a great time spending many hours together. My RV is parked in his front yard on the street. Neighbors don't mind but it is quit big for a standard parking spot. Great food, conversation and memories. Leaving Sunday for northern Virginia for more visiting before heading to Boston on Thursday. Visiting in northern VA leaving later today heading to Boston...
